   1. These website terms of use (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms of Use") apply to the website manage.tikitaka.lv (hereinafter referred to as the "Website").
   2. The owner of the website is SIA "DATAKOM" (hereinafter referred to as "Datakom"), which is registered in the Commercial Register of the Republic of Latvia under the uniform number 40103142605 and its registered office is located at Malduguņu iela 2, Mārupe, LV-2167.
   3. By visiting the Website or using the information and services provided on or through the Website, you confirm your agreement to be bound by these Terms of Use and undertake to use them only for lawful purposes.

   5. Datakom has the right to unilaterally and without prior notice modify these terms.
   6. Datakom makes no representations or warranties about the Website or its content and as such Datakom shall not be liable for any expenses, fines, losses or damages whatsoever incurred by you or your organisation - direct, indirect, but not limited to financial loss and lost profits - arising in any way out of or in connection with your visit to or use of the Website, even if Datakom has knowledge of any defects in the Website or its content.
2. Restrictions and requirements for use of the website
